During the latest months was held the “Future Internet Games Contest“, organized by FIcontent through the “Dare to Be Digital” programming challenge. The competition is now over, and jury deliberation ended up today. The winner, who will be offered a £2000 prize, will be officially announced at the occasion of the Dare Protoplay 2014 event, which will run from 7-10 August in Dundee, UK.
Building on the final phase of the international video games design competition Dare to be Digital, Dare ProtoPlay is the UK’s biggest indie games festival, taking place over 4 days in August every year. Entry to the Dare to be Digital games and the Dare Indie Showcase games is free. More than 40 games to be played for free.There are also many other education programmes to be enjoyed by a little more serious developers.
