FIcontent has significantly contributed to the 10th edition of the Future Internet Assembly held at the Waterford Institute of Technology in Dublin, Ireland, from May 8 to 10, 2013, under the aegis of the European Commission in association with the Irish presidency of the EU Council. The European Commission, in collaboration with EU Presidencies has, since 2008, hosted regular Future Internet Assembly events. On behalf of the FIcontent partnership, Carmen Williams, head of Grassroots Arts and Research presented the achievements reached during FIcontent phase 1 and the perspectives of the project for its second phase (from April 2013 to March 2015).
